Dana Udwin is a Senior Data Scientist at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, having begun in March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Doctoral Candidate at Brown University from August 2017 to December 2022, where Dana developed innovative methods for analyzing complex biobank-scale genetic data. Additional positions include Data Scientist Intern at Meta, Summer Associate at RAND Corporation, and Junior Data Scientist at MassMutual, focusing on statistical data analysis and predictive analytics. Dana has also held teaching and research assistant roles throughout academia and completed an undergraduate research internship at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
