Mary Hamill

Mary Hamill has over 30 years of experience in purchasing and procurement, currently serving as a Senior Buyer, Team Leader, and Business Analyst at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory since March 1986. In this role, Mary leads a team of six buyers focused on IT hardware and software, overseeing work assignments and providing coaching. Previous experience includes roles as a Buyer at Meloy Laboratories, NCI Scales, and Rush Hampton Industries, as well as a Purchasing Agent at Olson Electric Company, where procurement for specialized products was managed from end to end. Mary holds an MBA in Business from the University of Maryland, a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, and an AA in General Studies from Daytona State College.
