Craig started their career as a Chiropractic Physician at Advanced Spine and Rehabilitation in St. George, UT, where they gained hands-on training in a multidisciplinary clinic. Afterward, they became the Clinic Director and Chiropractic Physician at Summit Health Chiropractic, where they successfully grew and directed two clinics by building relationships with attorneys and providing exceptional diagnostic and medicolegal expertise.

Craig then joined Premier Pain Management as the Clinical Director, focusing on personal injury cases and integrating with medical professionals. Craig later worked as the Corporate Director of Personal Injury at Pain Stop Clinics, overseeing all aspects of personal injury across multiple clinics and providing extensive training to staff members.

In 2013, Craig established The Joint Chiropractic Franchise, further expanding their entrepreneurial ventures in the field.
