Sarah Carpenter

Sarah Carpenter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and massage therapy. Currently, Sarah serves as the Franchise Recruiting Coordinator and Human Resources Administrator at The Joint Chiropractic, focusing on offer letter management, candidate onboarding, malpractice management, and other HR functions. Previously, Sarah worked as a Massage Therapist at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, specializing in deep tissue, structural, and prenatal massages while assisting in staff training. As the Lead Licensed Massage Therapist at Massage Green Spa, Sarah managed full-cycle hiring and ongoing continuing education for staff. Additionally, Sarah held the position of Associate Corporate Beverage Leader at The Range Cafe, where responsibilities included recruiting and hiring, product development, and inventory management. Sarah is continuing education at Northern Arizona University, having started in March 2022.
