Michelle Sears

Michelle Sears is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at The Jonus Group since June 2024, Michelle's previous roles include Director of Internal Recruiting at CRA, Inc. from March 2020 to June 2024, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Pennoni from July 2015 to February 2020. At Pennoni, a multidiscipline engineering and design consulting firm, Michelle was involved in providing tailored recruitment solutions for various government and commercial clients. Earlier experience includes serving as Recruitment Manager at J&K Professional Services, where Michelle focused on nationwide recruitment for a Disadvantaged Minority Business. Michelle's early career features internships at MainLine Today Magazine and AroundPhilly.com. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and English from Temple University, completed in 2008.
