Joe Sandberg

Joe Sandberg has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as a Quality Engineer, CWI & ISO Representative at The Jor-Mac Company since February 2018, where responsibilities include managing the Root Cause & Corrective Action process and process improvement collaboration. Previously, Joe held the position of Director of Quality at Jay Manufacturing Oshkosh Inc. from April 2013 to February 2018, focusing on quality assurance and control. Earlier experience includes roles as a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist at Oshkosh Corporation, where Joe gained AWS certification and Six Sigma Greenbelt training, and as a Quality Technician at Mercury Marine, responsible for metrology lab operations. Joe began a career in manufacturing as a Machinist at RMH Automation and also served as a Project Manager at Interior Systems Incorporated, overseeing various projects. Joe holds associate degrees in Industrial Engineering and Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Moraine Park Technical College.
