Alec Bashinsky

Alec Bashinsky is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in human resources, diversity, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the APAC Leader at The Josh Bersin Company since September 2018, Alec provides strategic advisory to global HR leaders. In addition, Alec chairs the Advisory Board at Career Money Life Pty Ltd and has held significant positions such as Director and Vice Chairperson at Kind Learning Group Pty Ltd and Managing Partner at Blackhall & Pearl Talent Services. Previously, Alec contributed as a Board Member for the Diversity Council of Australia and a Non-Executive Director at Nvoi. With a strong background at Deloitte as the Asia Pacific Regional CHRO and Executive Member of the Global Talent Council, Alec has consistently focused on enhancing talent experiences and promoting diversity and inclusion. Educational qualifications include credentials from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
