Tanja Freestone

Tanja Freestone currently serves as the Executive Director of Pathway of Hope Incorporated, overseeing day-to-day operations of social outreach programs since July 2022. Additionally, Tanja holds the position of Outreach Coordinator at The Journey Church, responsible for recruiting and managing volunteers for outreach initiatives since October 2021. From June 2019 to October 2021, Tanja worked self-employed as a Social Worker, and prior to that, Tanja was a Wraparound Facilitator at Cummins Behavioral Health Services from January 2015 to May 2019, as well as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for BOONE COUNTY COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATE INC from September 2013 to September 2018. Tanja began the career in social work as a Family Support Social Worker at Cheshire County Council from January 1992 to December 1994. Tanja earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Bath from 1987 to 1991.
