Kaitlin Beaman has held a variety of roles since 2007. In 2007, they worked as a Marketing Team Member at New Venture Lab - Gonzaga University, where they were responsible for the market analysis section of a business plan for the Maji Filter Co. In 2008, they were a Graduate Assistant at Gonzaga University and also held a Graduate Assistant role at the same university. In 2009, they worked as a Bookkeeper at Transitional Adjustments, a contracting firm, where they prepared general ledger and maintained the company daybook, calculated and posted employee payroll, and managed Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. In 2010, they held a Junior Account Executive role at Summit Group Solutions, LLC. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Populus Group as a Business Development Manager and Technical Recruiter, building effective relationships with top performers in the IT industry, identifying target clients and areas for business development and growth, and delivering excellent follow through to both clients and candidates. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Business Development Manager at 24 Seven Inc., a strategic resource for talent management. Currently, they are a Senior Director of Channel Partnerships at The JPI Group, where they offer an embedded client-facing sales team to help clients pursue diversity spend projects through Minority/ Women-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) partnerships.

Kaitlin Beaman attended Gonzaga University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a BA in French and Business. In 2006 and 2007, they attended the Institut catholique de Paris to study French language and culture. Kaitlin then returned to Gonzaga University in 2008 to complete an MBA in International Business. Prior to this, they attended Issaquah High School.
