Katie Tomacelli

Katie Tomacelli began their career in 2012 as a Front Desk Assistant at HANSON CHIROPRACTIC INC., P.S., where they were responsible for scheduling patients, managing the calendar, taking calls, greeting guests, and managing patient billing. In 2015, Katie became a Registered Dental Hygienist at Alan P Nohr DDS and DR MATT D RICHARDS DDS PS, where they were responsible for greeting patients, answering questions, explaining dental prophylaxis procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, cleaning and polishing teeth, assessing oral health, and taking X-rays. In 2020, Katie joined The JPI Group as a Clean Energy Account Manager and Recruiter. As a Recruiter, Katie was responsible for several recruiting projects which included reviewing, sourcing, matching, and interviewing talents using various recruiting strategies and tools. Katie also introduced and implemented changes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of talent matching process, data management, scheduling, and other recruitment processes using automation and other online tools. Additionally, they were responsible for building an ongoing candidate pipelines through research and internet searches by utilizing multiple strategies including: online databases, social media sites, Boolean searching on internet portals, job boards, contact lists, networking, and employee referrals.

Katie Tomacelli obtained an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist from Shoreline Community College. In 2017, they completed Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Training at Arun K. Garg, DMD. Katie also holds a Healthcare Professional CPR/AED Certification from the American Heart Association.
