Keely H.

Keely H. has been working in the energy industry since 2008. Keely began their career as an Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of Enerdel, Inc., a manufacturer of lithium-ion energy storage solutions and battery systems. In 2011, they became a Contractor Training Specialist II at That's Good HR for MISO. From 2014 to 2021, Keely H. worked at Midcontinent Independent System Operator in various roles, including Associate Business Process Improvement Partner, LMS Administrator, and Learning and Development Specialist. In 2021, they joined InfoWerks Data Services, LLC as Manager of Customer Success, and also began working at Skill Demand Energy as Senior Director of Business Development. Additionally, they are serving as a Board Member for Sankofa School of Success and as a Committee Member for the Advancement Committee at The STEM Connection.

Keely H. has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Harrison College. Keely is currently obtaining their MBA in International Business from Anderson University. Keely has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Learning Salesforce in May 2021, as well as Using Customer Surveys to Improve Service in January 2021. In March 2018, they obtained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional, Lean Six Sigma Champion Certified, and Six Sigma Champion Certified (SSCC) from the Management and Strategy Institute. In April 2015, they obtained HR Human Capital Metrics from SHRM.
