Kendra Lee

Kendra Lee has been employed at The JPI Group since 2022 as the Director of Workforce Development. Prior to this, they worked at the County of Mercer from 2012 to 2021 as the Deputy Director. In this role, they provided critical leadership for the organization and the Workforce Development Board. Kendra also monitored contractual compliance for federal and state grants, which included 23 programs, 21 training vendors and specialized programming. Additionally, they analyzed data and developed plans to improve performance and exceed measures.

Kendra Lee has attended Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
