PAUL DOUGLAS

Paul Douglas has extensive work experience in the recruiting space. In 2021, they became a National NMSDC & Local EMSDC Board Member for the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDCHQ). From 2015 to 2021, they served as President & Co-Founder of The JPI Group, providing top-notch contract recruiters to utility and energy companies. From 2009 to 2015, they were the Executive Director of Populus Group. From 2000 to 2009, they were an Account Executive at Aerotek, and a Recruiter at Allegis Group.

Paul Douglas attended Temple University from 1999 to 2004, studying Finance. Prior to this, they attended Dunbar High School.
