The Julian Center provides safe shelter, transitional housing, permanent housing, counseling, outreach and education to victims of domestic violence and their children in Central Indiana.  Our vision is to permanently end the cycle of domestic violence for the families whom we serve.

The Crisis Management Team at The Julian Center handles immediate responses to victims of domestic violence by managing crisis calls, conducting triage and intake assessments, and providing critical, immediate support and referrals to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in distress.
