George Day

George Day is an accomplished executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Weather Blanket Insulation since October 2022 and as a Founding Mentor at The Junto Institute since June 2016, where the focus is on developing next-stage leaders and companies. Providing a strong background in program and business management, George held positions at Amazon as a Senior Program Manager and Sr. Regional Manager, advising numerous independent delivery service providers. As a co-founder of IQ Fibers and FiberAmerica, George played pivotal roles in the sustainable building materials sector, leveraging industry relationships and innovation. Prior experiences include managing member at GDCP, LLC, and managing partner at Day Wealth Management, LLC, along with significant tenures at Salomon Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor and consultant. George holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Finance from Susquehanna University.
