Lead Community Connect Case Manager at The Just One Project

Victoria Davis has a diverse work experience ranging from customer service roles to case management positions. Victoria is currently working at The Just One Project as the Lead Community Connect Case Manager and the Co Lead of Southern Nevada Frontline Collaborative. Prior to this, they worked as a Case Manager for Operation HOME! at The Salvation Army Southern Nevada. Victoria also has experience as a Case Manager at Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada. Before transitioning into case management, Victoria worked as a Client Retention Specialist at Sutherland, where they handled customer inquiries and resolved issues. Victoria has also worked as a Youth Shelter Advocate at NORTHLAND FAMILY HELP CENTER and as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Flagstaff Unified School District. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in the hospitality industry as a Guest Service Agent at DoubleTree by Hilton.

Victoria Davis attended Northern Arizona University from 2012 to 2016, with a major in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a minor in Chemistry. Victoria obtained additional certifications in Adult Mental Health First Aid USA from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in June 2022, and in Cultural Diversity & Inclusion, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care from NEVADA HOMELESS ALLIANCE in 2021.
