Crystal Sanders-Alvarado has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Crystal is currently a Senior racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (rEDI) Consultant at The Justice Collective, where they bring a racial equity lens to traditional organizational development. Prior to this, Crystal worked as an Expert Test Listener at Dolby Laboratories.

Crystal is also the Founder & Captain of Seaworthy Experiences, a socio-environmental equity building organization.
