Philip Brazil

Philip Brazil has a strong background in the culinary industry, with experience working as an Executive Head Chef at The K Club since September 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at Castle Leslie Estate from January 2018 to September 2020. Before that, they served as the Executive Chef at Sheen Falls Lodge Hotel 5*, where they were responsible for managing various aspects of the establishment, including multiple kitchens, bistro, banqueting, and staff.

Philip Brazil attended Munster Technological University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts. During their time at the university, they specialized in areas such as Specialised Kitchen and Larder, Gastronomy, Culinary Leadership and Training, as well as participating in Work Based Learning.
