Bizunesh Gelaw

Bizunesh Gelaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning innovation, impact management, and knowledge management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Learning Innovation and Ecosystem Strengthening at The Kaizen Company, Bizunesh focuses on enhancing learning analytics for USAID initiatives in Ethiopia and Djibouti. Previously, as Global Head of Impact at Reach for Change, Bizunesh developed and implemented impact management systems across multiple countries, successfully led internal impact assessments, and contributed to strategic planning. Additional roles include serving as KM and CLA Advisor at The Mitchell Group Inc., Senior Learning Manager at the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency, and Senior Learning and Knowledge Management Manager at Save the Children International.
