Gabriela González

Gabriela González is an experienced professional in international relations and project management, currently serving as the Acceleration Liaison at The Kaizen Company, where management of the KickStart e-training program for USAID's Partnerships Incubator is ongoing. Previously, Gabriela worked as a Project Analyst and Sector Lead for Resonance, managing multiple USAID grant portfolios across Latin America. Gabriela has also held roles at TD International, LLC, the Delegation of the European Union to the United States, and the Business Council for International Understanding, showcasing expertise in research, communications, and project development. Gabriela holds a Bachelor's degree from The George Washington University in International Relations, along with an Associate of Arts from The Honors College at Miami Dade College.
