Jane W. Wang

Jane W. Wang, PCC, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Coaching Faculty member at ProgressSMG, where Jane teaches Authentic Coaching. In addition to coaching, Jane is a Research Producer at TaiwanPlus, conducting research for a docuseries on the Taiwanese diaspora. As a DEIA Consultant for the American Institute in Taiwan, Jane supports diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives. Jane's background includes roles as a Global Leadership Coach for Culture Crossing and various intercultural coaching positions at Cartus and BGRS, delivering cross-cultural training for executives and their families. Jane has also facilitated DEI workshops for EW Group and Price Global, showcasing a commitment to inclusivity in multiple languages. With academic qualifications from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and the University of California, Berkeley, along with additional certifications, Jane's expertise encompasses international business, sociology, and coaching, underpinned by a dedication to fostering intercultural communication and leadership.
