Wagma Orya

Wagma Orya is an accomplished Acquisition and Assistance Specialist with a diverse background in program management and human rights. Currently serving at The Kenjya-Trusant Group LLC in collaboration with USAID since December 2021, Wagma has previously held multiple roles at USAID from May 2014 to August 2021, advancing through various specialist positions. Prior to USAID, Wagma worked as a Program Officer at The Asia Foundation from October 2010 to April 2014 and as an Assistant Program Officer at the International Center for Human Rights and Democratic Development from August 2007 to August 2009. Wagma Orya holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science from Kabul University, earned between March 2003 and January 2007.
