Joshua Chapman

Joshua Chapman is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-profile roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Kessler Collection since May 2021, Joshua previously held the position of Sous Chef at Grand Bohemian, Charlotte, Autograph Collection from August 2020 to May 2021. Notable earlier roles include Executive Chef at The Lucky Duck Gastropub and at Corner Kitchen, where Joshua also served as PM Sous Chef. Joshua's career started at Cliffs as Lead Line from May 2011 to August 2013. Joshua holds a degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, completed in 2012.
