Karen Melton

Karen Melton, MBA has over 13 years of experience in human resources. Karen is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Kessler Collection since June 2021. Before that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Pyramid Hotel Group from February 2020 to May 2021. Karen also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Rhaglan Hospitality from September 2018 to April 2019. Prior to that, they were the Area Director of Human Resources at The MENTOR Network from March 2012 to July 2014. Karen also served as the Director of Human Resources at Embassy Suites Montgomery from April 2010 to March 2012 and as a Human Resources Manager at PCH Hotels & Resorts from August 2008 to January 2010.

Karen Melton, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership, which they earned from Johnson & Wales University. Karen completed this program from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their MBA, Karen obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections also from Johnson & Wales University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
