Nicole Diaz

Nicole Diaz, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nicole began their career at Professional Advertising Specialties as an Administrative Assistant from June 2004 to May 2005. Nicole then worked as a Managerial and Accounting Assistant at Peces Montessori School from February 2009 to August 2009.

In 2011, Nicole joined the Kessler Collection and held various roles, starting as a Human Resources Coordinator from January 2011 to May 2011. Nicole then became an Accounts Payable Specialist from January 2011 to July 2012. From July 2012 to January 2016, they served as a Human Resources Generalist, handling a wide range of HR responsibilities.

Nicole then took on managerial positions within the Kessler Collection, including Director of Human Resources at Castle Hotel from January 2016 to June 2017, Corporate Director of Human Resources from June 2017 to February 2018, Director of Human Resources at Bohemian Hotel Celebration from February 2018 to March 2021, and Director of Human Resources at Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando from March 2021 to January 2022. Currently, they are working as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Kessler Collection since January 2022.

Nicole Diaz, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. Nicole completed their undergraduate education from 2005 to 2009 at this institution. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Colegio Ponceno from 1993 to 2005. Nicole has not obtained any additional certifications at this time.
