Sammy Shipman is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-pressure restaurant environments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Kessler Collection since August 2019, Sammy previously held the position of Executive Chef at LaTour and Executive Sous Chef at The Omni Grove Park Inn, overseeing operations for multiple restaurants. With a notable tenure at Game Creek Club, Sammy co-operated a private ski club and gained expertise in menu planning, special dietary cooking, and staff training. Additional experience includes roles as Sous Chef at Jackson Lake Lodge and Beaufort Grocery Too, as well as an adjunct instructor at Carteret Community College, contributing to the culinary education of aspiring chefs.
