Ramya Hosak

Ramya Hosak, CFRE, currently serves as the Director of Philanthropy at The Kidney Foundation of Canada, focusing on increasing awareness, advocacy, and funding for kidney-related programs, particularly for vulnerable communities in British Columbia and Yukon. Additionally, Ramya holds a position as a Director at Large on the Fraser Health Authority Board of Directors. Previous experience includes roles at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada as Manager of Individual and Corporate Engagement, United Way of the Lower Mainland as an Individual Donor Development Strategist, Nature Conservancy of Canada as Corporate Development Manager, and JDRF Canada as Fundraising and Development Coordinator. Ramya holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Simon Fraser University, an Associate's Certificate in Marketing Management and Fundraising Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and a Collaborative Health Governance Certificate from DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University.
