Seth Cox is a highly experienced professional in product development and quality assurance, currently serving as a Product Development Consultant at Cox Craft LLC, as well as the Director of Product Development and Research at Dakota Specialty Milling, Inc. and engaged in quality compliance and product development at The Kitchen Coop. With a background that includes roles as Director of Baking at Mile Hi Baking and Director of R+D/QA at Milton's Fine Foods, Seth has expertise in areas such as process control, commercialization, and regulatory compliance. Previous experience includes significant positions at Nestle as a Senior Bakery Technologist and at ConAgra Foods as a Regional QA Manager overseeing multiple flour mills. Education includes studies completed at AIB International and the University of North Texas.
