Isabelle Kallman

Isabelle Kallman serves as a Nonprofit Finance Consultant and Chief of Staff & Senior Director of Operations at The Knowledge House, where responsibilities include oversight of operational infrastructure, financial management of an $8 million budget, and supervision of various teams. Previously, Isabelle held the position of Associate Executive Director at Refugee and Immigrant Self-Empowerment (RISE), managing multiple programs and driving significant budget growth. With experience in project management and operations across various organizations, Isabelle has a strong background in finance, compliance, and community health. Isabelle holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Boston University and a degree in International Business from Northeastern University.
