Summer Roy, MBA, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Kroger since July 2021. At Kroger, Summer has successfully launched a new Fulfillment Center, developed various HR policies, and achieved high engagement ratings through innovative programs.
