Farah Allen

Farah Allen is a business executive and entrepreneur who has held positions at some of the most well-known companies in the United States. Farah is currently the Founder and CEO of The Labz, a position they have held since December 2017. Prior to this, they were an Entrepreneur in Residence at digitalundivided from February 2018 to December 2018. Before that, they were a Cohort 1 - Founder at digitalundivided from February 2017 to December 2017.

Before their work in the entrepreneurship realm, Farah worked in management consulting and program management. Farah spent two years at Delta Air Lines as a Client- Management Consultant focusing on reservation support and solutions. During their time there, they led teams across broad technical, financial, and business disciplines with a focus on business objectives. Farah also directed all services, resources, and project plans for major scalable enterprise solutions supporting $1.2-billion. Prior to Delta Air Lines, Farah worked as a Client- IT Management Consultant at WestRock Company from May 2016 to September 2016.

Farah got their start as an entrepreneur when they became the CEO and Co-founder of Song Society App in October 2015. Farah ran the company for two years before moving on to their current venture.

Throughout their impressive career, Farah has demonstrated their ability to drive transformational change in both business and technology leadership roles. Farah is a proven leader with a track record of success in building and scaling businesses. Under their guidance, The Labz has quickly become one of the most innovative companies in the tech industry.

Farah Allen completed a degree in Architecture from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. After working in the field for a few years, they decided to pursue a PMP Study Certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Farah is now a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) professional.
