Georgette Mondesire , MS, EdD

Georgette Mondesire, MS, EdD has a wide range of work experience, beginning with their role as an Instructor at South Dade Technical College in 2015. Georgette then served as a Consultant for Lancewood Construction in 2016 and an Educational Consultant for Recapturing The Vision in 2015. In 2017, they took on the role of Educator at Gwinnett County Public Schools. Additionally, they have been serving as the Educational Excellence School Advisory Council Chair at Miami-Dade County Public Schools since 2000. In their most recent role, they have been the Customer Success Manager and Director of Community Outreach at The Labz since 2015. In each of these roles, they have demonstrated exemplary thought leadership, interpersonal communication and facilitation skills. Georgette has also been responsible for managing budgets, designing and implementing curriculum, facilitating training, spearheading strategic communication efforts, and analyzing and assisting educational institutions with complex problems.

Georgette Mondesire holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Nova Southeastern University in Organizational Leadership, as well as a Master of Science - MS from Nova Southeastern University in Management and Administration of Educational Programs. Georgette also holds Educational Leadership certifications from the State of Florida and State of Georgia.
