Cindy Mahl

Cindy Mahl has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as a Board Member on the Finance and Governance committees for The Lakeside Association since May 2019. Prior to this, Cindy held the role of EVP/Chief Financial Officer at Westfield Bank from December 2012 to March 2018, overseeing finance, accounting, market risk, and legal services for a $1.4 billion financial institution. Additional experience includes serving as the EVP/Chief Financial Officer for the founding team of Western Reserve Bank, a publicly traded SEC reporting company, from 1998 to December 2012, and as Vice President & Controller at PremierBank & Trust from April 1985 to September 1998. Cindy holds a BA in Business from Baldwin Wallace University and completed the Leadership Medina County program in 2001.
