Enther Gill

Enther Gill has extensive experience in operations and management roles within the food industry. Enther is currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations - North America for The Lamb Company since 2022. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at Compass Group Canada from 2019 to 2021.

Prior to their time at Compass Group, Enther worked as the Director of Operations - Canada at Sysco Canada Inc. from 2018 to 2019. Enther also worked at SCI Group Inc. as the Senior Lead for Continuous Improvement from 2015 to 2018, where they successfully implemented the Continuous Improvement & Lean Six Sigma program across various departments and achieved significant cost savings.

Enther Gill started their career in Maple Leaf Foods Inc. as a Six Sigma Black Belt from 2011 to 2015 and as an Operations Supervisor from 2010 to 2011. Enther also gained experience as a Sanitation Supervisor at Canada Bread Company, Ltd. from 2008 to 2010 and as a Logistics and Operations Manager at Evergreen Propagators from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they worked as an Operations Team Lead at Snowcrest Packers from 2000 to 2005.

Enther Gill holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from The University of British Columbia, which they obtained at an unspecified time. Enther also completed the Engineering Transfer Program at the University of the Fraser Valley.
