Krista Robinson

Krista Robinson, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Krista is currently the Director of People and Culture at The Land Institute, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager for the same company from August 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining The Land Institute, Krista served as a Human Resources Specialist at Saint Francis Ministries from February 2016 to August 2021. Krista also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Occk Inc from February 2015 to December 2015. Earlier in their career, they were a Human Resources Generalist at The Broadmoor from February 2013 to May 2014.

With their diverse background and SHRM-CP certification, Krista brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role in people and culture management.

Krista Robinson, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Kansas State University. In February 2019, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
