From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Gartner, where they honed their skills in research, product development, and crafting stories around data. Ashley then joined AbstractOps as a Fractional COO, where they led financial management, contract negotiations, and business development. At Aavia, they spearheaded go-to-market planning, hiring, and category creation as part of the business operations and strategy team. Ashley also served as a Fractional COO for various high-growth startups through their role at Ashley Preston, providing strategic guidance and driving growth and scale. Currently, Ashley is the Business Operations leader at Landing, a global community focused on moodboards and shared interests. Ashley manages partnerships, legal affairs, finance, and culture, among other responsibilities. Additionally, Ashley is involved with First Round Capital's Fast Track Program and is a founding member of 32 Cents.
