Dawn McCormack

Dawn McCormack is the current Director of Accommodation Services at The Landmark London. Dawn has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked their way up from Assistant Executive Housekeeper at The Park Lane Hilton hotel to their current position.

Dawn has a wealth of experience in both large and small hotels, as well as in restaurants. Dawn was Executive Housekeeper at Hilton Garden Inn from January 2008 to July 2011, and before that they were Director of a large bar and restaurant called Waggon and Horses from April 2004 to December 2007. Dawn's first Executive Housekeeper position was at The Langham Hotel from May 2001 to April 2004.

Dawn is a highly experienced and skilled hospitality professional who is passionate about providing excellent accommodation services to their guests. Dawn is known for their attention to detail and their dedication to their work, which has resulted in their being recognised as one of the top Accommodation Services Directors in the UK.
