Cali Ness

Cali Ness is a Quality Assurance Analyst and Leave & Claims Administrator at The Larkin Company since October 2019, responsible for coordinating case management and ensuring compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act and related employment laws. Prior to this role, Cali served as an Executive/Administrative Intern at Partners in Education, where tasks included clerical duties, community outreach, research for events, and data management. Notably, Cali was selected for a competitive Exxon Mobil-funded internship, resulting in the development of a procedures manual and support for volunteer events. Cali holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara, earned in 2019.
