Sunny dela Cruz

Sunny Dela Cruz has over a decade of experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Larkin Company since July 2014. In this role, Sunny oversees a team of 10+ Leave and Claims Administrators and manages multiple supervisors while collaborating with management to enhance company processes. Previous positions at The Larkin Company include Group Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager, where Sunny developed training programs, handled self-insured claims, and played a significant part in scaling operations during company growth. Prior to this, Sunny worked at Geek Squad and Best Buy in various roles that focused on improving operational efficiency, customer service, and team development. Sunny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from San Francisco State University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Saddleback College.
