Steffán Aguilar is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in technical and GTM recruitment across multiple high-growth companies. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Kandji since June 2023 and a member of The Launch Collective since April 2024, Steffán previously worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at o9 Solutions, Inc., and held various roles at companies such as techruiter., Vault Recruiting, and Aerotek. Notably, Steffán was the first Technical Recruiter in San Francisco for Kandji and played a key role in building core teams at Vault Recruiting. Steffán holds a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship from Harvard University, complemented by degrees from Stephens College and the College of San Mateo.
