Annabel Saunders has extensive experience in leadership and business transformation, currently serving as an Advisory Team member and Transformation Partner at The Leadership High since January 2022. Prior to this role, Annabel was a Business Mentor at The Prince's Trust from April 2014 to March 2020. Annabel held multiple senior positions at GlaxoSmithKline from June 1990 to March 2011, including Vice President of Commercial Excellence for Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific, as well as UK Marketing Director for Respiratory. Annabel also served as Managing Director at Skylark Consultancy Ltd from December 2011 to March 2019 and began their career as a Medical Sales Representative at Johnson & Johnson from June 1986 to June 1990.

At The Leadership High(TLH), we work with leaders and teams to build trust by making confidence a habit. Confidence empowers action and we use it as the basis for everything we do. We believe everyone is a leader in their own life and beyond that we don’t label. Our programmes and experiences are all designed to help leaders and teams build trust in themselves and others and find out what can take them in pursuit of better. Our programmes come in all shapes and sizes and can be online and in-person from short to longer term change programmes including 1:1, teams, groups or organisational development.
