Matt Flynt

Matt Flynt is currently the Director of Programmatic Initiatives at The Leadership Program, leading a team of Community School Directors in schools across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. Previously, Matt worked as the South America Manager at Absolute Travel, where Matt founded and launched the South America division, resulting in a 30% yearly sales increase. Matt also has experience as an English Teacher at The Sam Marsalli English Language Institute. Matt holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Arkansas.
