Amy Ferreira has a diverse range of work experience. Amy started their career as an AmeriCorps Promise Fellow at the Greater Twin Cities United Way. Amy then worked as a Consultant at Oliver Wyman, where they conducted research and analysis for clients. Amy also had a Consulting Externship at The Center for Effective Philanthropy. Amy then moved on to Thomson Reuters, where they served as a Senior Associate in Strategy Consulting, conducting market research and competitive benchmarking. Amy then joined Target as a Product Manager, overseeing product development and merchandising. Amy later worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Associate, focusing on strategic redesign, organizational design, and marketing strategy. Amy then joined Caribou Coffee as a Senior Manager, leading product development and marketing. Amy then founded their own travel consultancy called Persnickety Travel, offering personalized travel experiences to discerning clients. Amy later joined Travel Quest as Vice President, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving growth. Currently, they work at The Leading Hotels of the World as the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and Chief of Staff.
Amy Ferreira attended Stanford University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they attended the University of Minnesota and obtained a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree with a focus on Public Administration.
