Justine Zhou

Justine Zhou is currently the Transformation and Value Creation Officer at The Learning Lab, working with Advent International. Prior to this, Justine held roles such as Investment Partner at Cathay Capital, Managing Director and Head of Direct Investment at China Merchant Securities International, and Managing Director of Private Equity and Direct Investment at CLSA. Justine also has experience as a Senior Associate at Milestone Capital and as an Audit and Assurance Manager at PwC. Justine holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BE in Industrial Foreign Trade & Applied Math from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
