James E Mingo

James E Mingo is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in desktop support and technical assistance. Currently serving as an IT Desktop Support Analyst at The Legal Aid Society since April 2013, Mingo provides support to users across various locations within New York City. Previous experience includes a role as an IT Desktop Support Technician Work Study at the NYC Human Resources Administration, where technical support was delivered to over 300 users. Mingo also worked as an IT Help Desk Technician at Radian Asset Assurance, managing network and data issues for a similar number of users.
