Catherine Kemnitz

Catherine Kemnitz is an experienced legal and strategic executive with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Chief Strategy & Development Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Axiom since April 2014, Catherine leads various global functions including Legal & Compliance and Corporate Development. Noteworthy achievements include spearheading corporate transformation initiatives and managing Axiom’s spin-offs. Catherine has also provided strategic guidance as Managing Director at Axiom Advice & Counsel and served as an advisor for The LegalTech Fund. Prior roles include Vice President at Thomson Reuters, where Catherine oversaw strategic integration and acquisitions in the Legal division, and Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, specializing in capital markets. Catherine holds advanced degrees in law from New York University School of Law and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
