Michael Dugan

Michael Dugan has been involved in the sports industry for over a decade. In 2011, they founded and owned D&B Sportswear, LLC, a company that became a leader and innovator in the screen printing, team sales, and promotional product industries. In 2010, they were a Sales Rep at Grizzly Graphics. From 2014-2016, they were a Team Sales Representative - Lacrosse National Sales at LIDS Sports Group. From 2016-2020, they were a Field Sales at Eastbay. From 2020-2022, they were Vice President of Sales at Dynamic Team Sports. In 2022, they were Vice President of New Business Development at Speedline Athletic/Gehring Textiles. Currently, they are the Vice President - Team Division at Legends.

Michael Dugan attended Homer High School from 2002 to 2006 and then went on to earn their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Mercyhurst University from 2007 to 2010.
