Beata Kucejko-Pelka has extensive experience in marketing and brand management spanning nearly two decades, currently serving as Global Marketing Director for Preschool Go-to-Market at the LEGO Group since December 2018. Prior roles at the LEGO Group include Brand Director for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as Marketing Director for LEGO Poland, the Baltics, and Ukraine. Before joining LEGO, Beata held various senior marketing positions at Mondelēz International, overseeing brands such as Milka and Alpen Gold. Additional experience includes roles at L'Oréal Poland, Adam Opel AG in Germany, and Procter & Gamble in Poland. Beata's academic credentials include a master's degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, a double diploma in Controlling and Finance from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, and a recent program in Organizational Leadership from IMD.
