Christine Dai

Christine DAI is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Talent Operations Director for the LEGO Group, overseeing the Talent Operations team in China and the APAC region since September 2018. Prior to this role, Christine worked at Danone from September 2011 to September 2018, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior HR Manager for APAC and China, supporting a diverse employee base across multiple countries, and leading organizational development initiatives. Christine's career began at the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China, where nearly seven years were spent progressing from a Recruitment Intern to the Head of HR Services Department, delivering HR solutions to over 3,000 French companies. Christine holds a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from East China Normal University, obtained in 2005.
