Henrik Skov

Vice President - Americas Manufacturing at LEGO

Henrik Skov has extensive experience in leadership roles at the LEGO Group, holding various titles such as Vice President of Americas Manufacturing, where responsibilities include overseeing packing manufacturing processes, and Vice President of Global Engineering and R&D, managing a team of over 300 engineers to design LEGO elements and molds globally. Additional roles include Confidentiality Officer, Senior Director of Global Procurement, and various managerial positions in product development and engineering. Prior to joining LEGO, Henrik served on the Board of GF MidtVest and consulted for A-TEX A/S and Carlsberg. Educational qualifications include a Technology Leadership Program from MIT, an MSc in Industrial Marketing & Purchasing from Copenhagen Business School, a BSc in Economics from Aarhus University, and a Higher Business Degree from Herning Business School.
